Room 4 Homework Policy   

Parents, please provide a quite place
 for daily homework.

Weekly homework assignments include:

1. Read 30 minutes per day.  Record the books completed and pages read on the monthly reading log, and turn this in at the end of each month.

2, Complete any math sent home (usually one or two pages per week).

3. Practice multiplication and division facts.  (Buy flashcards from a drug store, or make them.)

4. Complete any writing or science assignments that are sent home.

Be sure and check the weekly homework page that is handed out at the beginning of each week.  The homework sheet tells what has been assigned and when each assignment is due.  Parents, please sign the weekly homework sheet and make sure your children turn this in by Friday.  Students who turn in their homework sheet earn extra points.

Always check the weekly bulletin for long-term projects that have been assigned.
