       Consequences

First time:  Name on board = warning

Second time:  Name with a check = lose 5 minutes of recess

Third time:  Two checks = lose 1 recess

Fourth time:  Three checks = lose 2 recesses

Fifth time:  Four checks = call parents, sent to Principal

Names erased at end of day.
